Productivity Formula goal is to measure the efficiency of production for each factor or resource used, efficiency being the fact of getting the best or maximum performance with a minimum of resources. In other words, the fewer resources it takes to produce the same amount, the higher the Productivity Formula and hence the efficiency. In this way, productivity allows us to answer the following questions: How much does a worker produce per month? How much do machines produce? The answer might well be, a worker produces 30 units per month, or 0.25 units per hour worked. This is what we call productivity formula, the formula for calculating productivity is the quotient between the production achieved and the resources used.

Productivity Formula that you should use in your life = Production achieved / Amount of the factor used to calculate the productivity of a country, for example, we can divide GDP by the number of hours worked. The result is how much was produced in the country on average per hour worked, an important point is to always be very careful with the units you work with. Productivity Formula is not always directly observable. For example, how do you measure Productivity in the case of a customer service representative? There are measurements that should be tried to approximate, but they are not directly observable. Do you know what is blog .Who is more productive, a worker who serves 3 customers in exceptional ways or one who serves 20 customers in terrible ways? So how do we measure this good service? One of the measures is the preparation of satisfaction surveys as part of the deal. Remember that when calculating productivity, not everything is always accurate and measurable.
