S3DA is currently providing all the necessary Structural and MEP design services to support the lead architect Martinez and Cutri Architecture for the all-new Blue Wave Hotel.
S3DA Project – Blue Wave Hotel
The Blue Wave Hotel is a 4 story multi-use hotel with long term residential living units as well. It boasts a new restaurant and brewery with a rooftop pool deck in the beachfront city of Imperial Beach, CA. The project design includes underground parking structures as well as the addition of Green Building and environmentally friendly building material. It includes also types with solar power, electric vehicle charging stations, and much more.
S3DA Rolle:
The S3DA team has currently completed all the initial structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans with submittal to the City for preliminary review and plan check. The design team is finishing the structural design work on the restaurant and brewery in coordination with the architectural design team. The new Brewery and Restaurant will boast a very modern look, with an open and welcoming feel. S3DA is awaiting City plan comments for this initial submittal.
We’re on target to complete the processing of these documents by the end of 2020. Once completed, the facility will be a welcome addition to the beach city for tourists and locals alike.
