The STR-A6000 family of power ICs, consisting of a power MOSFET and a current-mode PWM controller IC, is utilized in switching power supply.
The controller’s starting circuit and standby mode let the product consume less power.
Load conditions determine the PWM mode’s switching mode for standard operation, and the burst mode is used when the load is light.
