Working:
IPMs are composed of high speed, low power insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) stocks and optional wheel drive. IGBT is made up of giant transistor (GTR) and Metal oxide field effect transistor, which drives GTR, so IGBT has both advantages. Built-in IPM and circuit-driven circuitry that make software hardware circuits easier and more reliable, reduces system development time and improves protection against errors.
