The SIE20034 is an IGBT single gate driver Dip8 which gives a galvanic isolation between the gate driving channel, the low voltage control and interface circuitry. The gate driver of the SIE20034 is personified by rail-to-rail outputs and 4 A capability, making the SIE20034 also suitable for high-power applications such as motor driver inverters and power conversion in industrial applications.
