A flange is a ring or collar that is screwed or welded over the end of a tube or pipe to allow other objects to be joined to it. It is frequently equipped with bolt holes. Plumbing, pipelines, and construction zones all use flanges. Flanges are extremely valuable since they may be tailored to a project’s specific requirements. For example, if a pipeline needs to change direction, the flange can be removed and replaced to accommodate the new pipeline channel. Flanges are also useful because they reinforce pipelines, making them far more durable than they would be on their own.
